The MBAAI MidWest Chapter will host an event with Dell at 6.30pm on Thursday, 30th January 2025 in the Kemmy Business School in the University of Limerick on the subject of Leadership in Motion: Navigating change across business functions. We are delighted to welcome Sean O’Reilly, Vice President & Site Lead, EMEA Logistics, Dell Technologies and Tricia Kelly from Dell will explore this topic with members.

A graduate of Electronic Engineering at UL. Sean has over 31 years’ experience in the technology industry both in Ireland and North America. He has worked in Dell since 1997 where has held engineering, program management and logistics roles.

Sean also plays a significant role in running the campus, as well as his day job. He completed an expat assignment in the US in 2017 where he ran NA logistics for 2 years. Before Dell, Sean held an engineering role in a battery start-up company and component manufacturer, Alps Electric.
