“Leadership in Motion” with Dell in UL

The MBAAI MidWest Chapter hosted an event with Dell in January in the Kemmy Business School in the University of Limerick on the subject of Leadership in Motion: Navigating change across business functions.

We were delighted to welcome Sean O’Reilly, Vice President & Site Lead, EMEA Logistics, Dell Technologies and Tricia Kelly, formerly of Dell and now Failte Ventures, to explore this topic with members.

Sean O’Reilly brings over 31 years of technology industry experience across Ireland and North America, including 27 years at Dell in engineering, logistics, and programme management roles. He also completed an expat assignment in the US, running NA logistics, and began his career with Alps Electric in Japan.

As Senior Director at Dell Technologies, Tricia Kelly honed expertise in digital solutions and supply chain innovation, now leveraged at Failte Ventures, to drive growth through cutting-edge strategies. Focused on collaboration and customer-centricity, she aims to position Failte as a leader in operational excellence and innovation.

The event was a wonderful opportunity to engage with senior leaders in the region.
