The Association is delighted to welcome Kevin Callan of HR and Employment Law specialists Peninsula to speak on the evening of our online AGM on Wednesday, 26th January 2022 at 6.30pm.

Kevin, Consultancy Manager at GraphiteHRM, will discuss what employers need to do as they adapt to a new way of working, covering both HR and health & safety aspects, including what new legislation employers must be mindful of, how to handle remote working and flexible working requests, and how employers can support staff as they readjust to life in the workplace.

A qualified barrister, Kevin has worked on panels for the Minister for Justice, Office of The Refugee Applications Commissioner and the National Employment Rights Authority. He practised at the Bar of Ireland as an Employment Law specialist representing both employers and employees and advised companies and organisations in terms of Industrial Relations and Employment Law. Kevin joined the Peninsula Group in 2018 and heads up the Consultancy Section which undertakes HR and Employment Law related supports and processes for employers.

Kevin’s address and Q&A will precede the AGM, which is scheduled to commence at 7.00pm. We encourage members to attend – this is your opportunity to have a say on how your association is run.
