Setting up teams for success

Experienced executive and team coach Isolde Norris shared her insights at a webinar in September on a compelling question that all organisations grapple with – what makes teams effective in the workplace?

Often when there is a problem in teams, personalities are blamed and people can be scapegoated. Drawing on research from Hackman and Wageman, Isolde explores the underlying conditions that can be put in place to help a team succeed – if these are not in place, the symptoms can be conflict, lack of trust and lack of accountability.

Founder of Koi Consulting and member of the MBAAI, Isolde can claim 12 years’ experience working with lots of different types of leaders and teams to harness their full potential. Evaluating environment, context and working relationships, she helps define and implement appropriate interventions to achieve better performance, improved business results and/or transformation of the business.
